The Made to Order Experience

For your convenience, your Made to Order experience begins with a phone consultation at your preferred time. Your personal consultant will understand your needs, whether it's for a special occasion, everyday elegance, or simply relaxing at home in the most comfortable way.

Based on your needs and preferences, your consultant will curate a personalised booklet featuring handpicked knitwear styles, materials, colour options, and additional customisation choices, tailored to your wishes.

Upon reception, we invite you to review and finalise your selection. Your garment will then be ready within 4-6 weeks, carefully crafted to meet our exacting standards. Upon completion, it will be shipped immediately to you.
